
The Sierra College Center for Applied Competitive Technologies (CACT) supports manufacturers with technical assistance and workforce development. Serving the Sacramento region and the 24 counties North to the state border, Sierra College offers seminars, employee training, demonstration sites and process improvement assessments to manufacturers so they can optimize efficiency and gain a competitive advantage. To develop the future workforce, Sierra College CACT supports projects that can inspire students to consider to manufacturing and technical careers.
