Strategic Management of Resources explores the relationship of existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing strategy and supply chain-related functions. The course addresses three main topics: aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan, and implementing change.

Instructor: With 24 years of industry experience, the Sierra College CACT Supply Chain Management instructor has worked in engineering, project management, business development, manufacturing and executive management at companies such as GCS Inc, Bombardier, Advance Technical Systems, Siemens and Rabbit Semiconductor. Throughout his career, the instructor has served as a prime change agent within organizations. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a MBA in Operations and certifications in TQM, Material Management, Project Management and Lean Manufacturing.
